The Lady G Collection Fashion Store thru Trendsi
Orders Shipped to US Customers:
Trendsi will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Trendsi 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Trendsi will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Processing time is 5 - 7 business days after Trendsi receives the return.
To help expedite the processing of returns, please follow these instructions:
- Return auth number must be included with the return. (This can be found under Orders -> Return on the site).
- All items returned must be new, unworn, and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.

Lady G Artisan Soap Company assumes no liability for the misuse of our products. Ingredients such as essential oils and botanicals often have methods, treatments, traditional properties and uses listed. This information is provided for informational purposes only. Any reference to medicinal or health benefits are not meant to treat or diagnose any medical condition. It is not meant to replace professional medical advice and should not take the place of any prescribed medicine. We use both fragrance and/or essential oils, botanicals, and other natural ingredients in the creation of our products. Persons with allergies or skin sensitivities may have a reaction. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or nursing, please seek advice from a medical physician before use of any product containing essential oils, botanicals, or synthetic fragrances. We make no claims for our soap except that it will clean. Any rewarding results that occur are entirely circumstantial.

Orders
All orders should be placed on our website ladygsoapco.com. We do accept orders via phone during normal business hours as well. If you have already submitted your order and would like to make a change to it, please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped we will not be able to make changes or cancel your order.
Returns
• Due to the type of products that we sell, we DO NOT accept returns on handmade products or make exchanges on handmade products. Once our products leave our facility we are not able to control the level of purity or sanitation. These items are not able to be restocked once they leave the facility. Please make sure that you check your order sufficiently before submitting it. We are not to be held responsible if you do not like the color, scent, texture, etc. of the products once you receive them.
• If you receive your package and it is obviously damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us within 48 hours to make a claim. If you receive your order and the products are damaged inside the box or packaging, please notify us within 48 hours to make a claim. Please keep all packing materials and products intact, in the box until further instruction is given. You may need these items to remain in the same condition you received them in order to prove damage to the shipping company.
• If we send incorrect items, please notify us within 72 hours. We will take the proper steps to ensure that you receive the correct items that you ordered.
Shipping
• We utilize the right to ship your order to you with the shipping company that offers the highest quality service for a reasonable amount. If you choose to have your order shipped with a specific carrier please contact us via phone to make the appropriate changes to your order. This could result in additional shipping charges.
• Most orders received will be shipped within four business days. During busy holiday seasons we ask that you allow 7-10 business days. Please plan orders for these holidays with this time frame in mind.
• It is very important that you provide the correct shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address and your order must be re-shipped you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Taxes
• Any orders that are placed will be charged the applicable sales tax rate for the State of Pennsylvania.
Out Of Stock Items
• We make every attempt possible to keep all items fully stocked. There are times where we do run low on an item and you may order an out of stock item. If this happens we will notify you. In the event that an item is out of stock we may offer a replacement item, back order the item, or offer a refund for the item.
Acceptable Forms Of Payment
• Lady G Artisan Soap Company processes credit card payments through a secure online server. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or wire transfers. If you are picking your order up locally we accept payment in the form of cash or credit card.
